Shore hardness testing by curing system, tensile-shear strength, being pulled bonding strength and heat resistance, studied the amount of NaOH solution ratio, raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time, the ratio of the curing agent and epoxy resin and other effects on curing system performance. The results show that: in the case without the use of an aqueous solution of NaOH, sodium lignosulfonate, diethylenetriamine, phenol, formaldehyde ratio of 20:90:30:78 by mass, the curing reaction of the aqueous preparation of the 5 h at 80 ~ 90 ℃ in agent and epoxy resin mass ratio by 30:100 complex, the overall performance of the best curing system, including tensile-shear strength of 4.46 MPa, being pulled bonding strength of 1.62 MPa, Shore strength of 82, extreme thermal decomposition temperature is 387.9 ℃.
Due to the low price of sodium lignosulfonate, recycling, waste recycling for paper mills have environmental significance, therefore, modified lignin sulfonate research work has obvious economic and social benefits.
